octopora Terms of Service

These terms govern access to octopora and its connected workspace.

1. Acceptance and accounts

By using octopora, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for accurate account information and protecting access credentials.

2. Workspaces and customer content

Workspace administrators control membership and permissions. You retain rights in content you submit and grant octopora the limited rights needed to operate the service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, compromise security, infringe rights, upload unlawful content, or use automation to cause harm or evade limits.

4. Helpi and coding agents

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review proposed actions, code, and external changes before approval; you remain responsible for how outputs are used.

5. Integrations and availability

Third-party services have separate terms and may change independently. We work to keep octopora available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Plans, suspension, and termination

Features and future paid plans may change with notice. Access may be limited or terminated for material breach, security risk, or legal necessity.

7. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, octopora is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to direct foreseeable loss. Tunisian law governs these terms.
