The first Octopora desktop app, for Windows, macOS and Linux.

NewCalls open in their own window, so your workspace stays free during a meeting.

NewIncoming calls ring in a small window in the corner of your screen, even when Octopora is in the background.

NewThe ticket timer opens in a small window that stays on top.

NewClicking a notification opens what it is about. New direct messages and mentions notify you too.

NewYour unread count shows on the dock, the taskbar or the launcher.

NewFrom the tray menu, open a page or a recent project, set your status, or start Octopora when you log in.

NewCtrl/⌘ + 1–9 open the pages of the sidebar.

NewSign in through your browser, with any sign-in method, Google included.

NewThe app updates itself when a new version is out.

Opening it for the first time

Windows

Early builds aren't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn you. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

macOS

Open the .dmg and drag octopora into Applications. If macOS blocks it, open System Settings, Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway.

Linux

Make the AppImage executable (chmod +x, or Properties, then Allow executing) and open it. Keep it where you first ran it so updates can replace it.

It reopens on the page you had open, at the size you left the window.

The tray icon keeps count of unread messages, even with the window closed.

Mentions, assignments and reminders arrive as system notifications.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps are on the way. Until then, octopora works in your phone's browser.
